At Bam & Boo, we believe in a world without borders – and our plan is to expand worldwide and spread the goal of Bam & Boo. All orders received before 18:00 UAE time (GMT+4) are processed the same day and our shipping partners will be notified.

Local, deliveries are picked up from our UAE warehouse and facilitated by our shipping
partners. All of our products come in plastic- free packaging – however, there may be times when we have to opt for the standard
bioplastic mailer bags provided by our logistics partners. This is something we are working on having replaced 100% on a priority basis within a few weeks. The shipping options and estimated delivery timelines are as indicated below.

Orders above 100 AED: Free Shipping
Orders below 100 AED: 11 AED shipping fees (standard Delivery 2-4 days)
and 15 AED (next day delivery 1-2 days)

What is your return and refund policy?
We hope you love Bam & Boo products but if you are not 100% happy, please email us within 30
days of receiving your order. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your
products are returned to us. The customer is free to choose whatever method of shipping is most
economical, however we strongly advise you to add a tracking number.

What do I do if something arrived damaged or broken?
Ups! Unfortunately, that’s the price we pay for choosing more sustainable materials. We kindly
ask you to please email us, adding the order number and a photo of the broken item. We’ll take
care of everything as soon as possible.
